Saturday, August 28 saw the Division 2 deciding match between NL Hurricanes and Stars. Stars won the toss and decided to bat first. Taran (40) and Safin (32) got them off to a good start before Pardeep got in and scored a quick 50 off 30 balls. Stars setup a total of 155/6 for Hurricanes to chase. In reply, Gurman (73) in 43 balls and Wahid (40) helped Hurricanes chase the runs down in 12.4 overs securing the Herringshaw Trophy.

In the 2nd match, between the Division 1 table toppers saw Tigers take on NSK. Tigers batted first with an excellent knock from Ali (77 from 39) and supported well by Imran (46). Later down the order Junayed contributed a handy 28 and setup a total of 175 in the important match for NSK to chase. Amit took 2 wickets to help keep Tigers below 200. NSK in response never could get a partnership going. Losing wickets at consistent intervals till Amit (37) and Deep (21) tried to put up a fight but a little too late in the match. Junayed and Nahin both took 2 wickets each. Tigers took the game comfortably and with it the Sentil Selvamani T20 Summer League Trophy. 

The last match on Saturday saw Eagles take on RC. Eagles batted first and put up a decent total of 196/4 with Adeel (40) and a great knock from Najaf (75 from 47) with support from Rafeh (28) and Himreet (21). Jashan Meet took 2 wickets from RC. In reply, Amit (98 from 56) and Ranvir (63 from 40) score most of the runs with Maulik contributing 23 making it look easy to chase the total down.  

Sunday T40 game was between Stars and RC. It turned out to be a low scoring game with RC putting up only 114/10 in 24 overs played.  Thanks to some excellent bowling from Pradeep  (5/4.4/15) and earning his name on the Honors board. Vaishal took 3 wickets in his 8 overs. In reponse. Stars easily chased down the target with Irtiza (52) and Safin (20) in 19 overs. This was the first T40 game win for Stars for the season. Notably, Diya Trivedi who had been selected for the National Women HP program played in the RC team and remained not out. In addition, she bowled 3 overs conceding only 13 runs.
