Cricket NL Annual General Meeting will be held online on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at 3.00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
  • Reading of the Notice of Meeting
  • Quorum
  • Approval of Agenda
  • Confirmation of the actions taken by the Board of Directors
  • Treasurer’s Report (Annual Financial Statement)
  • Election of Board of Directors (or confirmation of the results of an election held using electronic balloting)
  • New Business (if any)
The final date and time for sending nominations is Thursday, Oct 19, 2023, at 10 p.m.  The nomination should be sent via email by a current member in good standing with Cricket NL to the nomination committee. The nomination committee as approved by the board is Madushanka Bhandara (madushankabandara991@gmail.com) and Asitha Pathiwal (asitha.uop@gmail.com). Nominations must be accompanied by a brief statement of the candidate’s qualifications and proposed contributions. Please do not send nominations to the Cricket NL email address as they will not be considered.
 
There are 5 positions available this year for volunteers.
1. President (1): 1 years term
2. Vice President (1): 2-year term
3. Treasurer (1): 2 years term
4. Directors (2): 2 years term
The voting will start on Saturday, October 21 at 12 pm and will end on Sunday, October 22 at 12 pm. The link will be shared with your email before the elections begin.
